Is my credit card information safe at OutBackTents.com?
Yes, your credit card account information is encrypted using SSL while being
transmitted. Your credit card information is not stored or retained on our
servers. Also, beyond what is neccessary to complete your transaction, we do
not share any of your information with any other entites.

How long will it take for me to receive my purchase?
We normally process orders on Fridays and your order should arrive within
5 to 10 business days after processing.

How will my order be shipped?
Within the continental United States, orders are shipped by either
UPS ground or FedEx ground.

Do you accept checks or money orders?
We accept Cashiers Checks and Money Orders. Please make checks and money
orders payable to WFO . Also, please provide your contact information
such as, address, email, phone, as well as a description of the item(s)

Will you ship international orders?
We consider international orders on a case by case basis. Ocassionaly the
the size and weight of an item makes international shipping impractable or
overly expensive.

What is your policy if the item I purchased is placed on Backorder?
We try to keep our website up to date if an item is out of stock. In the
rare event that your item is out of stock, we will notify you and give you the
option of waiting for the item or cancelling your order and receive a refund.
